What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped using DHL Standard Ground. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt if purchased by 1:00 PM EST.
Can items be shipped to locations outside of the United States?
International Customers: Sorry for any inconvenience, but at this time we cannot support website orders that ship to an international address. Please contact us via email or phone for instructions.
APO/FPO Addresses: We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment to Address Other Than Billing Address: We do not ship to PO Boxes and require a phone number to verify delivery to an address other than the billing address.
What are your shipping charges?
There is a $15.00 shipping charge for all orders. Any additional shipping charges due to the size or weight of an item will be noted in the item description.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided on the following map. The map provides ESTIMATED delivery days. Unforeseen circumstances may cause a delay in delivery. InspirationalGiftsOnLine.com is not responsible for such delivery delays.

Will I be charged sales tax?
For all orders shipped to a Maryland address, a 6% sales tax will be assessed based on the total purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges.
What is your return policy?
All our products are selected with care to meet high quality standards.
If any InspirationalGiftsOnLine.com item ever fails to meet your expectations, please return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a courteous and prompt refund or exchange.
Send the item to us (wrap securely please and use original packaging whenever possible) with your name and address on the box. To ensure proper credit to your account, enclose a copy of the invoice in the box with the returned item and indicate your reason for the return.
